In My Own Words:

Robin Leigh is my pen name, although Robin is my given first name.  I am twenty nine years old, and I was born and raised in the mountains of North Carolina.  Writing is my passion--specifically New Adult and Urban Fantasy fiction--and I cut my teeth, so to speak, writing fan fiction for a period of years.  I am the proud author of a currently unpublished novel, which is the first of a trilogy, and well into the writing process on book two.

My So-Called Day to Day Life.

When I'm not writing--which is rare these days!--I can more than likely be found with my nose in a book.  I am an admitted iPhone addict, and almost always have some kind of music playing.  I can normally be found in the company of woman's best friend, a yorkie/pomeranian mix by the name of Molly, that I rescued from the pound in 2008.  I spend most nights winding down in the company of good friends, and even better movies.

Baby Got Fandoms

I collect comic books, mostly Spider-man, and I'm an avid fan of basketball, though my interest leans more towards college than professional.  I support Duke during college basketball season, and I am proud to be one of the rare Blue Devils in a town full of Tarheels.  I support the Hornets (formerly the Bobcats) because they are the home team, but nobody tops the Chicago Bulls for me in the NBA.  I can get into football if it's a good season for the Carolina Panthers or the App State Mountaineers.  I know enough about baseball to know that being a Cubs fan means that the World Series is a pipe dream, but it doesn't stop me from loving them.  I also happen to love pro-wrestling, both the independent circuit and WWE, and I love meeting other fans!
